This is a collection of computer graphics I created myself. Most of them are a combination of scanned images either from my own files or from the Internet. I used Corel Photo Paint as the image processing software.
Please note: These graphics look best with 64k display colors or more!
(July 1997)
Actually, my first attempt at this kind of computer graphics, still using
Photo Paint 5.
I like it but my professor said it looks too destructive, so it was never used.
Well, he may be right...
(October 1997)
My first steps with version 7 of Photo Paint.
Made without using other graphics.
My main motivation in producing this graphic was to find out how to create
that illumination effect on the letters.
The logo was never used in public, either.
(November 1997)
In order to attract students to the diploma theses offered by our group,
we were instructed to add graphics to the posters.
This one should symbolize measurement of the duration of an electric arc
during a switching operation.
(December 1997)
Yet another attempt at a logo or poster for our laboratory.
The boss wanted the synergy between high voltage technology, electronics,
and computer science depicted, so that's what I tried.
And you know what? He really liked it! (February 1998)
